Fire & Safety
The U.S. Bank Plaza Emergency Response Team (ERT) program, part of U.S. Bank's Enterprise Emergency Management program, has been established to ensure the safe and efficient evacuation of U.S. Bank staff from their occupied facility during an emergency.
Each floor, or zone, of U.S. Bank occupied space at U.S. Bank Plaza has a designated Area Warden who has primary responsibility for ensuring the complete evacuation of Bank staff from their floor during such an emergency.
Details about this program have been developed in partnership with the U.S. Bank Plaza landlord and formalized for communication to all Bank staff (employees and contractors) located in the building.
Access the U.S. Bank Plaza Fire Life Safety Manual for further information.
U.S. Bank Corporate Real Estate, together with the ERT program site representative at U.S. Bank Plaza, certifies the program volunteer information on a semi-annual basis. The current ERT volunteer listing for U.S. Bank Plaza is available from the Emergency Response Teams on the U.S. Bank Plaza Fire Life Safety Manual.
